Beer by Coleman will work with you and your chef(s) to create a craft beer menu that compliments & pairs well with the ingredients and food you serve. Your new beer list will include a curated collection of both drafts and bottle/cans.  We will sensory train the staff on the beers, educating them on how to describe them and up sell their customers. With our training, your staff will know and understand how to properly pour and present your various beers.  This will include incorporating the use of proper glassware that compliments the selection.
